Cancellations policy

1) All sales are final

• No refunds. Once a booking is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Applies to all Koterie gatherings, including Petit Tablées.
• (France) Event tickets for a specific date do not benefit from the statutory withdrawal right (Art. L221-28 Code de la consommation).

2) Limited voucher exception (strict eligibility)

You may request a voucher (credit toward a future Koterie event) only if:

• The event date is at least 14 days away at the time you request the voucher; and
• No vouchers are issued for events priced under €15.

If either condition isn’t met, no voucher will be issued.

Voucher terms

• Value: equal to the amount paid to Koterie for the ticket(s) on that booking.
• Non-transferable, no cash value, not refundable.
• Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Usable toward future Koterie event bookings made on the Platform.
• Not applicable to Insider subscriptions or any third-party charges.
• One-time use; any remaining balance is not carried over.

How to request a voucher

• Email contact@koterie.club from the email used to book.
• Subject line: “Voucher Request – [Event Date]”.
• Include your full name and proof of purchase.
• We’ll confirm eligibility and send your voucher code if approved.

3) If you can’t attend

Please let us know beforehand at contact@koterie.club so we can inform the host/venue and maintain the experience for others. This courtesy does not create refund or voucher eligibility outside §2.

4) No-show policy

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or vouchers.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in limits on your booking privileges or removal from the Platform.

5) Running late

• Please email contact@koterie.club if you’re delayed.
• To preserve the flow of conversation, seats may be released after the scheduled start. If you arrive significantly late, your place may be forfeited or admission denied without refund.

6) No transfers or reselling

• Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
• Reselling or offering tickets to others is not permitted.
• Name changes are not allowed.

7) Event changes or cancellations by Koterie

• If Koterie cancels an event, you’ll be offered a full refund (per our Terms).
• If an event is rescheduled, your booking will be moved; if you cannot attend the new date, you may choose a refund instead.

8) Why this policy exists

Koterie gatherings are intentionally intimate—designed to foster real conversation and connection. A strict policy:

• encourages guests to be intentional about committing,
• reduces last-minute changes and no-shows, and
• protects the experience for guests, venues, and hosts.

No exceptions.
